Where should I start?
The best place to begin is with a free consultation call. It’s a chance to talk openly about where you are now and where you’d like to be.
You can join my free webinar to get an understanding of some of the tools and techniques that have set people free.
1) If you’re ready to take action, explore the packages available and book your call.
2) For those on a budget, start with the webinar and the Five Foundations Course which offers a powerful starting point and is fully supported.
Investing in your mind is essential, it runs everything so the return is lifelong:
How much is the cost of peace of mind, freedom from old patterns, and the ability to move forward with clarity and lightness.
With a money-back guarantee, you have everything to gain and nothing to lose.
This isn’t about coping with symptoms, like many approaches, it’s about creating space and peace in your life so you can finally start living.
Why is your approach different?
It’s important to understand where different approaches come from. Our modern approach is based on the famous psychologist Sigmund Freud, often called the father of psychoanalysis, he focused heavily on early childhood experiences and used long-term talking therapy to uncover hidden conflicts.
Even standard hypnotherapy with long inductions and premade scripts has limitations.
Alot of my work is about intgration and working on the basis that the mind and body are always trying to help, but they are limited to expressing that through words, hence why we feel a certain way not think.
Carl Jung, one of Freud’s students who later broke away, took a broader view. He believed that lasting change comes not just from talking about problems but from uncovering the unconscious patterns, symbols, and emotions that shape our behaviour and releasing them by facing the issue and understanding why it was created.
This distinction matters. Talking therapy alone can give insight, but it often takes time and may not fully shift the deeper patterns that keep repeating. Standard Hypnotherapy is great for lighter touch approaches but often doesn't have the depth required for more complex issues.
95% of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are driven by the unconscious mind. Unless we work at that level, change can feel temporary or incomplete, basically we don't have all the information.
That’s why my approach is different. I don’t rely on one single tool like CBT, Psychotherapy, NLP, Hypnotherapy or coaching.
Instead, I combine the most effective methods and adapt them to you.
Do you want to keep investing more time and money in temporary fixes, or create a result that lasts by addressing the mind at its root?
Unlike most coaches and therapists who profit from you coming back for multiple sessions, I teach you how this process works so you can get on with your life.
How does it work?
1) First, we discover the beliefs and patterns you’re aware of, intially through either my standard intake form, or for the more advanced packages we do
deep dive two hour life asessement. From this I do an analysis to look at what patterns are coming up and these are the basis in which we do the deep dive session.
2) We work with the subconscious mind, through a 2 - 3 hour deep dive session, to find out what is in the core operating system of your mind which is responsible for how you feel.
3) Then combining all this we reprogram the mind and release the emotional charge that fuels the unwanted thoughts and behaviour. most clients see an 85 - 95% change at this point.
4) Then through targeted mind mentoring I teach you how the mind works to ensure you can sustain this new sense of freedom, to walk away 100% aware of how to move forward.
Science shows that when emotional memory is released and reframed, the brain engages in something called neuroplasticity, this is the ability for the mind and body to rewire neural connections and form new patterns.
This isn’t abstract theory: it’s how we change our perception of reality and create new habits that stick.
Most modern therapies and coaching practices focus on managing what’s “wrong”. My approach, inspired by Jung’s principle of finding the root cause, and that what we percieve as negative thoughts, feelings or experiences are the subconcious minds queues in trying to direct us to the answers. Whilst most approaches label and try to supress, cope and manage the symptoms we find out their purpose and release them.
When we resolve the original source of a pattern, there is no need to keep revisiting the same challenge. This makes the process faster, longer-lasting, and better value because you’re not spending months or years in therapy for the same issue.
How do I know it will last?
Most people worry about slipping back into old patterns, and they want a guarantee their investment is worth it, that makes sense. If you’ve tried coaching or therapy before, you’ll know that progress can sometimes feel temporary. This is why Make Your Life Count exists. I didn't want to be in therapy or spend time and money to offload my problems I wanted to know why I feel the way I do and how to fix it.
The vast majority of approaches only work with the conscious mind, the part that uses logic and willpower. But science shows that around 95% of behaviour is driven by the subconscious, where beliefs and emotional memories live. Unless we change things at that level, old habits tend to resurface.
That’s why this process lasts. We work with the subconscious mind to release the emotional charge that fuels the unwanted behaviour. Put simply, your mind and body learn to respond differently without you needing to constantly force it.
I like to explain it using Professior Steve Peters’ Chimp Paradox model.
Most methods try to reason with the “chimp”, the emotional, reactive part of the brain. But the chimp doesn’t respond to reason. Instead, I help you reprogram the “computer”, the subconscious storage of beliefs and habits, so the chimp no longer needs to react in the same way.
This means the change isn’t just a coping strategy, it’s a rewiring. It’s like fixing the flat tyre rather than just learning how to drive better with it.
Once repaired, you carry that knowledge and freedom with you for life.
That’s how you know the change will last, because I teach you how to reprogram the mind and body for long lasting change.

Charlotte was skeptical but her testimony proves that change can happen quickly when you know how to access the parts of the mind most therapists and coaches don't know how to access.
